I will be dreaming about this beauty for quite some time. Next time I will use more garlic cloves. I would have liked a pot of these drunken garlic cloves to bathe in after I was finished eating. This was a hit for everyone in my house. My husband (who hates pork chops) loved them, as did my picky 4 year old and my 18 month old (who is a garbage disposal and eats anything and everything). It was fantastic and I recommend it highly.
