John
the Baptist, who was God’s prophet, was humble.
He was sent from God. He humbly baptized all the people that
believed God’s message. Jesus declared, “No other prophet
will be greater than John.” John did not think he was worthy to
untie Jesus’s shoes. John
was humble because he
loved God.
