So where is the time going? October came and went and now November is here. The weather is starting to cool down and the leaves are falling all over the yard. It is beautiful to watch the seasons change, but it also shows me that my children and growing every day. Oliver is not seven weeks old and is no longer fitting in the newborn clothes anymore. It is bittersweet to watch him grow.
Sunday was Oliver's baptism! It was a beautiful sacrament, set in the middle of a Mass. I was so proud to show off our beautiful parish and our amazing priest. The day was perfect and we had a wonderful time with family and friends at the reception. Sebastian even got to spend the night at his Nana's house as a special treat!

On Monday I did some school with Kaelyn before she had a voice lesson. That evening we did our third round of trick-or-treating, this time with some of our cousins. I immediately took out 25 pieces of candy to be used for our Advent calendars this year. (Because they really don't need 2 tubs of candy...)
Kaelyn wanted me to curl her hair for Oliver's baptism. She loved the curls, even though they did get quite messy as she is a six-year-old.
On Tuesday we had co-op and I thought it would be a good idea to take the kids out to lunch afterwards. Guess what. Bad idea. Miles was INSANE and Oliver had to nurse the whole time. We were very loud and I was embarrassed of Miles when he decided to crawl under the table and under the chairs and I was stuck nursing and couldn't get him up. It was dumb to think I could do that by myself. Lol. I guess I learned something!
On Wednesday I decided to go back to my mom's house to visit with my grandmother while she was still in town. Oliver even started cooing for her!
By the time Thursday and Friday came around I was exhausted from everything we did this week. We did school and chilled both days because I couldn't really handle anything more.
Today was another busy but productive day. Matt took Kaelyn and Miles to the cabin to winterize it. Sebastian went to the movies with a friend. Oliver and I went shopping and then we did laundry and I switched my regular clothes back in (goodbye maternity wardrobe!). It was a great week as well as an exhausting one.
